Missing man's body found in river

CONCESSION - A man from Concession in Mashonaland Central, Tapiwa Jere, who had been missing since Boxing Day last year, has been found dead in a river under disturbing circumstances.

Sources close to the matter said the body was discovered floating in the water on Wednesday afternoon, prompting suspicions of a possible ritual‑related killing.

Zimbabwe Republic Police Mashonaland Central spokesperson, Inspector Milton Mundembe, is yet to confirm the incident.
