President Emmerson Mnangagwa's Office has issued a stern warning against illegal motorcades, misuse of government vehicle stickers, and the increasing number of vehicles operating without licence plates.
The Office said some individuals have been using government-issued stickers and unauthorised blue lights to evade toll gates and roadblocks. Authorities also expressed concern about the rising number of vehicles moving on public roads without proper registration.
The President's Office warned that anyone found engaging in these unlawful practices will face arrest and prosecution, noting that the activities are creating significant challenges for other road users and law enforcement agencies.
