EcoCash services will be down during this weekend

Mobile money platform EcoCash has advised its customers of an upcoming scheduled system maintenance that will temporarily disrupt all services.

The maintenance is set to begin on Saturday, January 24 at 9:00 PM and is expected to conclude on Sunday, January 25 at 12:00 PM (noon). During this period, all EcoCash services will be unavailable.

Customers have been encouraged to plan ahead and complete any urgent transactions before the maintenance window to avoid inconvenience.

EcoCash said the maintenance is necessary to improve system performance and reliability, and apologized for any inconvenience the temporary service interruption may cause to its valued customers.
