Tatenda Mushandu, a 40-year-old Zimbabwean residing in the United Kingdom, has been issued a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) following his conviction for persistent begging in Amesbury.
Mushandu appeared at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on February 10, where he was found guilty on four counts of begging in a public place.
The CBO, effective until February 2029, imposes strict restrictions on Mushandu, including a prohibition on soliciting money, loitering near businesses, and entering specified retail areas and shops.
