ConCourt sets May 14 sitting to mark Malaba retirement

The Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe will hold a special ceremonial sitting on 14 May to formally mark the retirement of Chief Justice Luke Malaba, closing his tenure at the helm of the country's judiciary.
Chief Registrar Faith Mushure confirmed that the sitting will commence at 10:00am at the Mashonganyika Building in Harare.
The ceremony is expected to bring together senior judges, legal practitioners, and government officials in a formal farewell to the outgoing Chief Justice.
Members of the legal profession attending the event have been instructed to appear robed in accordance with court protocol.
