Sonja Madzikanda, the estranged wife of controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo, appeared at the Harare Magistrates Court on Wednesday alongside her mother, Thabitha Madzikanda, following their arrest earlier this week.
Sonja reportedly spent two nights in police custody after being arrested on Monday on allegations linked to denying Chivayo access to their two children.
Speaking briefly to journalists outside court, she said: "It's okay, I am okay," as proceedings were set to begin.
