Zanu-PF urges members to carry party cards for protection at all times

A Zanu-PF Twitter account linked to zanupf.org.zw today urged all party members to carry their Zanu-PF cards at all times.
The Twitter user, @zanu_pf, has over 10 000 followers.
@zanu_pf twitted "Please remember to carry your ZANU PF card on you all the time, so our people know who is with us. Don't be mistaken."
The user also said the Mugabe led party protects its members from thugs and this was no threat to anyone.
@zanu_pf twitted: "We protect our members from thugs. It's simple comrades must carry their cards, we are not threatening anyone or two."
@justicebigM responded saying: "but the same card didn't protect Edward Chindori-Chininga! maybe he left it at home on that unfortunate day!"
Another user claiming to be a Zanu-PF supporter, @PanAfricanists responded to the twit saying "@zanu_pf We support ZANU-PF, but let's face it: your tweet sounded threatening and very disgusting! You can do better than that!"
