Gamatox nonexistent party

The United Movement for Democratic Change has clarified that it will not have any talks with a non existant party that it will not accept any "poison" amidst its unification process which is expected to begin from the first of March.

The UMDC is set Change (UMDC) is set to have a rally on this Sunday at Stanley Square in Makokoba, Bulawayo.

Speaking to journalists at a recent press conference Movement for Democratic Change Renewal ,Sakhile Dewa noted that the party would not accept poison.

"I don't know what gamatox is in its literal sense , l know it poisons, we will not accept poison but we will accept any Zimbabwean that buys into our ideologies and that is willing to abide by our principles."

Speaking at along the same lines MDC spokesperson Mr Mhlanhla Dube also noted that gamatox was not really a known party with structures. "We do not know that there is a Mujuru camp, We don't know of anything called gamatox. That is pub talk we can't sit here and start talking about a donkey in the rural areas that is said to have five legs .

"It does not exist and we cannot start theorizing about pigs flying and how we are going to sell it at a higher cost. We can only speak about political parties that exist or institutions that exist. The party also noted that it would not have any links with MDC T stating that it had deviated form its principles.

"We are not going to join hands with corrupt people, whose corruption level was exposed by their own party which they served for 35 years. "We are democrats and we are not going to sit with people who bit up Mangoma and after that laughed at his disability," said Mr Dube.

Mrs Sakhile Dewa also supported Mr Dube by stating that "We are not going to join hands with a rubbish system bent on abusing fellow citizens. We want to be practical and serve our Zimbabwe from total collapse"
