List of 89 suspended Zanu-PF officials

ZANU-PF has suspended 87 members from holding any leadership positions within the party for two years, while two others were handed three-year suspensions after the Politburo upheld the recommendations of the National Disciplinary Committee.
The announcement of the latest suspensions was made by the party's secretary for Information and Publicity Simon Khaya Moyo.
Yesterday's announcement comes hard on the heels of the expulsion of seven other members last week where 13 others were given five-year suspensions.
The disciplinary action is being carried out on people that were accused of plotting together with fired former Vice President Joice Mujuru to topple President Mugabe in the run-up to the party's 6th watershed National People's Congress in December last year.
"Sitting at its 287th Ordinary Session of the Politburo held on May 21, 2015, the Zanu-PF Politburo endorsed the NDC decisions to expel or suspend some party members from Harare, Mashonaland Central, Mashonaland East, Masvingo and Midlands provinces. Those who were expelled, absolved or given five-year suspensions have already been announced," Khaya Moyo said.
In Harare, Khaya Moyo said the following members had been suspended for two years: Albertina Bwititi, Varaidzo Mupunga, Eva Chaneta, Clyde Mutero, Susan Chuma, Torongo Torongo, Tongai Nheta, Angeline Matambanadzo, Prince Shinya, Brian Hwenjere, Andrew Tiriboyi, Munyaradzi Mugomeza, Olivia Mususa and Tendai Diwa.
In Mashonaland Central the cadres affected by the suspensions are: Luke Mushore, Joseph Mapiki, Dorothy Mashonganyika, Alice Muropa, Rashiwe Gambiza, Mawodzeka Mujubeki, Stanford Mugari and Titus Manyika.
In Mashonaland East Felix Mhona was given a three-year suspension while the following were handed two-year suspensions: Simba Mudarikwa, Tendai Makunde, Washington Musvaire, Phineas Chihota, George Katsande, Lucky Kandemiri, Vernon Muringayi, John Mushayi, Peter Murwira, Marble Kaundikidza, Taurayi Pasirayi, Getrude Mariwo, Boniface Mutize, Stephen Chiurai, Sithembile Makamba, Petronella Musarurwa, Charity Chakanyuka, Musekiwa Masendeke, Prosperity Danga, Nhamo Chikango and, Angeline Mafuta.
Those who were suspended in Masvingo are: Paul Chimedza, Denford Masiya, Oliver Huruva, Shylett Moyo, Joshua Matakanure, Mike Musorowegomo, Wilson Makonya, Kenneth Sibanda, Tongai Muzenda, John Mutomana, Gift Jayaguru, Darlington Chiwa, John Mutomana, C. Bhasikiti, M. Mujakachi, M. Demba, S. Majatame, J. Chikupe, F.K. Dera, E. Chapungu, E. Chiduwa, L. Shindi, E. Mangove, Tendai Magomana, Simbarashe Ndakaripei, Mbizvo Rushambwe, Otwell Chikosi and, Last Chisi.
In the Midlands Province Francis Nhema was suspended from holding any leadership position for three years while 16 others were given two years.
These are: Tafanana Zhou, Fred Moyo, Tariro Mutingwende, Dorothy Mhangami, Cliff Manungo, Renias Madende, Stephen Ngwenya, Francis Chikwira, Edmond Mkaratigwa, Fadzai Ntabeni, Danisa Mujere, Clara Ngwenya, Aida A. Tongogara, Sheilla Midzi, Theopold Takanai and Simbarashe Zhoake.
Khaya Moyo said the affected cadres, however, remained party members.
"The people who have been suspended, however, remain ordinary party card carrying members although they're not allowed to hold any leadership position within the structures of the party for the two or three-year period," he said.
Last week Zanu-PF expelled seven people while 13 others were given five-year suspensions.
Those who were expelled are Messrs Ray Kaukonde, David Butau, Kudakwashe Bhasikiti, Dzikamai Mavhaire, Claudius Makova, Kudakwashe Gope and Olivia Muchena.
Tendai Savanhu, Munyaradzi Banda, Christopher Chigumba, Munacho Mutezo Dougmore Chimukoko, Flora Bhuka, Jaison Machaya, Killian Gwanetsa, Tranos Huruba, Boniface Karoro, Nicholas Goche, Noah Mangondo and Amos Midzi were given five-year suspensions, while Chiratidzo Mabuwa was given a three-year suspension.
The ruling party's politburo is expected to deal with discliplinary cases in the four remaining provinces of Bulawayo, Matabelelend North and South and Mashonaland West.
