Armed police stop, search InterCape bus

ARMED Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have stopped an Inter Cape Harare-Bulawayo bus and ordered to search all passengers' luggage.
The bus is currently being searched just outside Harare.
Passengers say one of the police officers is carrying a gun.
"The police have stopped our bus from Harare to Bulawayo and say they want to search all the luggage. Can you imagine??
"Just outside Harare. They are removing luggage from the compartments, searching
"They are in uniform. One is standing guard carrying a rifle a few meters away" said Zibusiso Dube, a Bulawayo Agenda official who is on the bus.
Dube added "We asked for a search warrant they didnt have it. This country has no regard for rights. After a delay of about 30 minutes, we are now continuing with our journey."
