It says he will also have meetings with other investors who have shown keen interest in extracting gold, tantalite, platinum and lithium which is found in Dorowa.
President Mugabe and his delegation's itinerary will take them to Beijing China were they are expected to meet the Chinese political and business leadership.
The high level meetings in Beijing will be centered on the implementation of a US$100 million package unveiled by China towards securing equipment for the health sector in Zimbabwe, discussions by President Mugabe and Hainan, a Chinese airline which is interested in partnering Air Zimbabwe and a US$144 million package that China is extending towards water and sanitation to Zimbabwe.
Mugabe's latest trip abroad triggered fresh speculation over his health, having travelled to the Far East several times this year to seek treatment for what officials initially described as a cataract complaint.
The 87 year-old dismisses the speculation and declared himself "fit" after returning from Singapore at the end of October for what officials described as a private visit – his eighth to the region this year alone.
He is set to represent his Zanu PF party in elections expected to be held early next year.
