There has been a clash between Zanu PF members over the claims that Higher Education Science and Technology Minister Jonathan Moyo was the source of division in the party with the other member making the claims and the other reprimanding him of using Facebook to expose such internal party delicacies.
Nyatsimba Mutota Mwenemutapa posted on Facebook that Moyo was the divisive character in the ruling party.
"Jonathan Moyo is the source of divisions in Zanu PF. He wants to destroy the party from within by sowing seeds of mistrust between," he posted.
Clever Chinyati responded saying saying the platform that Mutota used was the party's 2018 backing up team's platform and there was a need for them to avoid divisional stories on it.
The Facebook page is called Zanu PF 2018 campaign back up team.
"Therefore we do not expect divisional stories based on information that we can not have supporting evidence as well hoping that, if any, then we treat it as an in house thing that needs the authorities to deal with in due process than face book," Chinyati posted.
"I know you so much comrade and render a lot of respect to you, but in this case I think we need a solution to conflict resolutions that bring about peace and development in our party, Government and Country at large. Thank you for your contribution and I apologise for any inconveniences caused."
Moyo has been ranked among the generation 40 which is said to be fighting against Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa taking over from President Robert Mugabe as President.
