MDC-N Youth welcome Judgement on MDC-N & Priscilla Mushonga vs Mutambara case

MDC-N YOUTH ASSEMBLY (BYO) STATEMENT ON THE GRANTING OF HIGH COURT ORDER BETWEEN MDC-N AND PRISCILLA MUSHONGA VERSUS ATHUR MUTAMBARA.
The MDC Youth Assembly would like to welcome the Judgement handed down today by Bulawayo High Court Judge Justice Kamocha on the above matter.
The order compels Athur Mutambara to:
(i) Stop purporting to be the President of MDC and from interfering with its structures and organs as well as from exercising any functions or powers vested in the president of MDC
(ii) Stop attending any meeting of whatever description of Principals in the inclusive Gorvenment of Zimbabwe or of any regional or international body in the capacity of Principal in the Inclusive Government of Zimbabwe
(iii) To pay costs
The Youth Assembly thereupon congratulates the courts of Zimbabwe for showing judiciary Independence and refusing to be succumb to political manipulation by the Executive.
As an Assembly, we want to assure the world that the judgement handed by the Learned Judge is one of a giant step and milestone towards a reformed judiciary system, free from Zanunisation and control of the Dictatorial Tyrant and his regime.
Today the truth was on trial in the lion's den and the lion tamed itself and allowed Truth to prevail at the end of the day.
Its a victory for the Democratic forces.
As an Assembly we would also like to take this opportunity to encourage Arthur Mutambara to consider returning to his unthinking robots which have over the years made him a pseudo robot who fell prey to his own robotics theories and to robot Mugabe's remote controlling machinations.
The Assembly would also want to encourage all its dedicated cadres to be on vigil and guard the flame of the revolution and fan it as we near the desired destiny of a fair and just Zimbabwe.
In light of the judgement and the approaching elections in 2013, the Assembly would like to direct the Young people in across the Province to jealously guard the party and its leadership and to be ready at any moment in self defense to strike fear into the hearts of the enemy and at the end it all liberate the people of Zimbabwe fort he tentacles of bondage that the ZANU PF and its allies have entangled them in.
