Revolutionary greetings dear comrades. Having spoken to various motorists in different parts of the country, it became clear to me that the army was better than the evil ZRP traffic officers. The ZRP traffic officers terrorised the motorists and further looted from the shallow pockets.

They were godfathers of corruption who also precipitated upon innocent citizens untold terror. They mounted illegal road blocks in the country's major highways. The chief aim of these roadblocks was to steal from the motorists.

ZRP engineered the liquidation of the constitution together with their handlers. Criminals escaped scot free as long as they had money to bribe the officers.

Unroad worthy kombis flooded the taxi market. The kombi drivers survived by bribing the corrupt officers. This explains why the taxi market is flooded with unroad worthy kombis.

The borders became places of terror and looting by the police officers. Long queues were the order of the day. Citizens were treated like nothing if not second class citizens.

OSiphatheleni who are well known for manupulating the currency, colonised the streets of the urban centres. These are illegal currency entrepreneurs who dont even pay tax. The legal currency traders are as result pushed out of business by the clandestine operations of oSiphatheleni. They thrived because they were protected by ZRP corrupt officers.

The rule of law was something of the past before the army took over. The blue BMW that terrorised motorists must be history. We dont want to see it again. Citizens must be free to live and thrive within the confines of the constitution. ZRP must protect the contitution and the citizens. We dont want a situation whereby we will end up missing the illegal presence of the army in the streets.

The 11 point ZRP plan stated clearly that "All members deployed on trafic enforcement duties to strictly observe and abide by the 11 promises." Zimbabweans must therefore, hold responsible the ZRP for the 11 point promises. Those that fail to abide by the 11 promises must be dealt with severely. The Zimbabwean roads must be made safe and user friendly for all motorists.
