Revolutionary greetings dear comrades. Young people are tomorrow's leaders. They are the future of Zimbabwe. They must be treated by leaders as such.
However, they can lead the country to doom if their energy is unregulated. With drugs and alcohol in their disposal, they can drug themselves to less useful citizens. It is thus clear that iddle youth can be a liability to the country.
We therefore, call for the youth to be active in politics. The youth must register to vote and go beyond that by voting on the fatefull day. It is their constitutional right to vote. Those that dont vote are punished by being led by unqulified and inexperienced leaders. Youths let us register in numbers and choose carefully our leaders.
Modern youths is well informed about mordern politics. They therefore, make informed choices because they are the generation Z that has the information on their fingertips. They can google the candidates and learn more about so as to make informed choices. They can also influence their immediate families on who to vote for.
Participation in politics by the youths also serves to take them out of the streets and keeping them occupied. It reduces the issues of youths delinquency. Their political activism moulds them for future leadership positions. It introduces them at young age to the political terrain and its values and ethics.
If they dont participate in politics, they might end up with poor representation. This is the case with Zanu Pf whose cabinet in not infused with young blood. Youth's active participation in politics will thus reverse this stinking patriarchal order which seeks to robe them of their livelihood.
Youths can only escape being used as political mates by actively participating in politics coupled with voting. If they divorce themselves with politics, they are also indirectly divorcing themselves with their livelihoods.
Youths are the leaders of tommorrow hence the need to be socialised into the modern ABCs of politics, now than later. Let us fullfil our socio-political contracts by active participation in politics and voting. With our active participation in politics, the future is pregnant with great opportunities.
Victory is certain, allutta continua.
