ZESN joins RTG in sidelining and marginalizing Matabeleland people

Yesterday we witnessed scores of unemployed Bulawayo citizens coming with their CVs to try their lucky at the Rainbow Hotel. This was following the arrest of 11 MRP members on Friday who exposed the importation of labour from Harare at the expense of locals.
There are currently renovations taking place at the said hotel and the management there had transported labour from Harare, triggering protest from our members.
We are reliable informed and have verified Information to the effect that people were imported in three buses from Harare. This angered Bulawayo citizens.
One woman seeking employment there had to say, " Rainbow hotel has a very tribalistic management, the company always employs people from Mashonaland, and abuses locals from within Mthwakazi". This is always the case with that hotel, the managers and directors are so tribalistic. If they employ a Ndebele person they makesure they frustrate him or her, they treat you like dirty.
In some cases they create fake cases against our people just to makesure they eliminate and get rid of you. This happens in all Rainbow Hotels especially Bulawayo and Victoria Falls, as well as Air Zambezi. This is unacceptable.
How can they bring hundreds from Mashonaland at our expense?.
The seriousness of the matter is that Ndebele employees do not exceed 20% in the two hotels. All the hotels in Victoria Falls are marginalizing the locals but Rainbow group is worse than all. This is a serious concern for our people.
The worst part of it is that they don't even advertise their vacancies.
The Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel manager yesterday told scores of job seekers to come back with their CVs on Tuesday the 12th. As Mthwakazi Republic Party we will keep on following the matter and also defending and protecting our people against marginalization.
We condemn tribalism and nepotism being implemented by government institutions and private companies. We will not hesitate to approach any of them without fail.
Why are Harare companies getting cleaning and renovations tenders while there are such companies in Bulawayo and the rest of Matabeleland?. We will fight for our people, and we will fight for our jobs.
Mean while it has come to our attention that Zimbabwe Election Support Network "ZESN" bused people from Mashonaland to come and do post election survey in Matabeleland South and North. The bused people are already here in Bulawayo undergoing training in preparation for their deployment today that 10th for a week. These people are to be paid $950-00 each after the exercise, sidelining the locals.
