Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the ADVERTISED tender number, the description, the closing date and must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box number CY 408, Causeway or delivered by hand to the Principal Officer, State Procurement Board, 5th Floor, Old Reserve Bank Building, 76 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare before 10:00 hours on Tuesday 28 August 2012.

For Bulawayo Port, Condep and J.M. Nkomo Airport August 6, 2012 at 11:30hrs meeting at Bulawayo Port.
Plumtree Border Post and Mphoengs Border Post on August 7, 2012 at 09.00hrs meeting at Plumtree.
Victoria Falls Border Post & Town Office on August 9, 2012 at 08.00hrs meeting at Town office.
Pandamatenga Border Post on August 9, 2012 at 14:00hrs.
Kazungula Boarder Post on August 10, 2012 at 10.00hrs
Kariba Border Post and Chinhoyi Offices on August 15, 2012 at 10.00hrs meeting at Chinhoyi Offices and at Kariba Border Post at 15. 00 hours
Documents are available for collection, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 10.00 per tender document from the offices of:
