Machete-wielding robber nabbed

A machete-wielding robber is in trouble after he used violence to rob Herbert Moyo's cellphone.
The i-tel cellphone is valued at $40, and the suspected robber, Travor Nkomo, has since appeared in court.
He was remanded in custody to September 25 by Plumtree magistrate Joshua Nembaware.
The state alleged that on July 31, Nkomo was drinking beer with the complainant and agreed to sell each other a cellphone for ZAR 500
Nkomo paid ZAR 100 and agreed to pay off the balance when they finished drinking.
The duo went to Nkomo's house in a bid to collect the balance upon arrival, Nkomo became violent and pulled a machete.
Fearing for his life, Moyo fled from the scene.
Nkomo is not new to controversy since he is appearing in the same court on a cellphone theft case again.
