Murder suspect in contempt of court

A 40-year-old murder suspect from Ingwizi growth point, Mphoengs, is in trouble after he violated his bail condition.
Phumuzani Mkandla was warned not to be within a radius of 50 kilometres from Mabuledi village in court sometime in April when he was in the dock for a suspected murder case.
On September 21, around 10 pm, he arrived at the same village where he was prohibited by the court and assaulted Zwelenthini Ncube.
The magistrate Joshua Nembaware remanded Nkandla to October 8 in custody.
