However, in Harare the same quantity retails from as low as $1.
A sachet can be used for two or three times depending on the size of the organ.
Reads a notification on the powder's packaging "All will be quiet but when action time comes, ooh! You will see. For external use only. Honeymoon is good. No harm to diabetic or BP patients, use it, just take advantage. No side effects,".
Vendors pushing the product claim that once one pops a single dose tablet, they do not get tired easily and can last the whole night performing sexual acts
A sex worker explained to Sunday Mail how the powder is used.
"You just take a pinch and rub it at the tip of your organ at least three hours before being intimate. You know it's working when you start feeling some heat down there. When that happens you can have a session that lasts up to an hour before you ejaculate," he said.
A 29-year-old Harare man, Tonderai Samaita, shared his experience with the product.
"After applying the powder on my organ, I waited for about 30 minutes before my private organ started feeling itchy. That is when I indulged in the actual act.
"My organ was not only erect, it looked swollen. On that day I went for about 30 minutes without reaching a climax and my partner ended up complaining because she had reached orgasm twice and was tired."
