Some Lupane villagers gave expressed concerns over the manner in which justice is applied on issue concerning the deployment of teachers and other civil servants in the district.

The villagers said as parents and community at large they were very much disappointed the way justice is being practised especially concerning the issue in Malamuli Secondary.

"Late last year we received a headmistress and we were not pleased ngendlela afika ngayo.. Wafika wathi uzoletha ulimi olutsha yiluphi ke esindebeleni? Wafika wafundisa abantwana ebusuku pho njengoba abantwana behamba umango omude ebusuku?? Wafika wakhupha ababalisi ecottage wafisa ukuhlala yedwa ngaliphi?" said a parent.

"Lapho silomhlangano wayebiza ama CIDs ngaliphi? 5 -We then requested the District officers to intervene because we were failing to lay our problems properly to the head. To our surprise it took them a century to respond, in that response the Education Provincial officer promised to bring in the new head but the matter also took another decade."

The parent said the community then decided to ask her to leave parents are now suprised nxa kuthiwa izandla zethu azilamthetho..no one violeted her rights.

"Lowo mama asimfuni ngoba wabhalisa umntwana amanga against our 4 brothers emnika imali emthembisa ukuthi uzaphuma le 6 As at O level. Wayesephula ilungelo lomntwana emfundisa amanga..sicela umthetho ubengumthetho...kasiboni kufanele ukuthi abuye leminute bk lokho kwabayiMlamuli ayikaze ilahleke kanti pho uBonyongwe uyilahla njani that is an official document?? Now we want to appeal to the party and the Zimbabwean government ukuthi yithi esavumelanayo ukuthi abantwana babiselwe ekhaya nxa uBonyongwe ekhona kulokho silobufakazi obugcweleyo..ngakho abafowethu abalacala yinto yezakhamizi leyi not 4 people kuphela," said the parent.

The remarks come at a time when the Lupane Court magistrate Ndumio Masuku recently dismissed four villagers application for referral to Constitutional Court in which they were challenging their prosecution for intimidating school head.
