National Appeal, New Zimbabwe Anti Tribal Party (DUSOSA), be the one!!!
A Completely new way of Zimbabwean thinking, new way of running our Country and a New-Start is the only remedy Zimbabwe needed today and PRESIDENT NDEBSHON of the DUSOSA party (Diversified Unitary State Of Southern Africa) is putting his case before this dynamic Nation to pull its thoughts together and effect the change we all so much deserve.
This is our country and we the owners of this country no longer want any FORCE from our own employees the Army and the Police or the Partisan Judges and their handlers. The Police should all be fired and a new Police trained to respect the people of Zimbabwe and address them as Sir and Madam and put corruption to its final halt. They should be trained to uphold the Law and never again serve partisan politics, not even DUSOSA.
The Army must respect the public and serve to defend Zimbabwe from outside threats and never take sides in Political Parties, not even DUSOSA.
This Country has to start by addressing tribal and racial divisive mentality which was planted by the Zanu Government thirty one years ago. DUSOSA's first course of action is to put right this silent killer which has seen our country reduced to such a low level that we are probably the only country in the World which does not have its own currency.
A White Zimbabwean born Business man has seen no reason to remain in a Country where the colour of his skin means he must lose everything anytime by false pretexts of indigenisation. As a result the White man has taken his expertise to prosper the foreign willing countries where his property rights have a clear map and are respected and guaranteed by Law.
A Karanga man has woken up to discover that after thirty years of believing that Zanu was a National Party which would build Schools, Dams, roads, create mining jobs, and make Zimbabwe a better place have seen the negative. The Karanga have seen their places deteriorate much lower than they were in 1940. Hospitals are now dying places where there is no medicine, children die of malnutrition worse than it was during Colonial times. The Karanga have moved to the cities only to work for the Zezuru who own everything that has been expropriated from the Whites with the aid of some Karanga. The Karanga disgruntled men have now left the country to join voluntary Slave labour for a dear life.
An Ndebele man who became the first target of tribal politics with the Government Army killing 30 000 Ndebele in 1983-87 have left the country. Ndebele Doctors have refused to serve in a Country where their surnames means that they are inferior and they have left the country to practice in foreign countries where they are valued and respected as well as rewarded for their expertise. Our corrupt and divisive Ministers now need to go to China and embarrassingly South Africa for basic medical needs and the less fortunate Zimbabweans are dying of curable diseases.
If you are Ndebele, you do not need anyone to tell you that Tribal Politics of Zanu has completely marginalised you. You do not need anyone to remind you that being organisable is golden.
If you are Shona and wish prosperity for your children in a fair and peaceful country and you agree that the menu of poverty is disunity, then this is your opportunity to get things right.
If you are White, Asian or of African origin, born in Zimbabwe and were treated like a foreigner in your own country of birth by Zanu Government, then, this is your opportunity to stand your ground and put things and Laws in order such that never again shall any Zimbabwean assert himself above you.
Prosperity comes with responsibility, all of us need to learn to understand that once everything has been put in order, no one will be allowed to ever again assert themselves above others. This means that no one will be allowed to accumulate wealth by abusing Laws and systems of the country like the disproportionate farmlands that Rhodesian Whites awarded themselves at the expense of the poor Blacks. The disproportionate and unaccountable for wealth, that the Zezuru have awarded themselves at the expense of the poor nation. Examples of Ignatious Chombo, a Minister whose entire official wages from 1992 to 2011 could not have afforded him to own seven houses, but he has hundreds of properties in the country by virtue of being Zezuru. Robert Mugabe, the man who is supposed to lead like a Hero by example, by virtue of being Zezuru, he owns multiple farms and properties some registered to his teenage children and a wife. His holidays abroad are like those of playboy billionaire while some Karanga places can't afford a meal not to mention the Ndebele who never saw independence at all.
Zimbabwe is a highly diverse Nation and the ONLY instrument to manage its full economical potential is a GOVERNMENT THAT UNDERSTANDS DIVERSITY AND ITS BENEFITS.
When serialisation of Zimbabwean Political Parties is done and scrutinised, one will notice that no matter how they strive to be believed, they have not evolved beyond the primitive criteria of tribalism. There is only one Zimbabwean Party that practised diversity but its message has so far failed to bear fruit because of the strength of intertribal hate which has gone on unmanaged because the present Government is itself tribal as well as racist.
In 1963, Zanu broke away from Zapu on only one ground, and it was tribalism. Zapu was an all-inclusive Party since the days of its inception in 1957. Zanu, in fact, Mugabe, Tekere, Sithole and the rest calculated that the Shona tribe was majority and the party had chosen Joshua Nkomo a Khalanga as its leader. From that year up to this day, tribalism directs the politics of Zimbabwe.
The problem of that mentality of tribal institutions is that they do not stop there. Tribalism is a nucleus poison that eats even its own architects. Thus why the tribal or racial criteria has to be the front enemy that DUSOSA is fighting from day one.
Sithole the Ndau was proud that he had pulled the Shona tribe to lead. Just a few years down the line, he was labelled Ndau and Ndau was minority in the Shona family of tribes. The Zezuru used their intelligence to grab that post from the Karanga who are the largest tribal group in Zimbabwe. The Zezuru made sure that they secure most influential posts in Zanu and let the Karanga take weak posts like deputy this and that. The strong and highly influential Karangas like Josia Tongogara never saw the Independence Day.
DUSOSA will expropriate all corruptly acquired wealth and make sure that no one enjoys National wealth as private property. Just as the Rhodesians have lost ill-gotten wealth, so will the Zezuru. If the country feels that rare advantage was used to acquire such wealth, DUSOSA, with the mandate of Zimbabweans will take everything and leave the perpetrator with enough to call personal property.
DUSOSA will give every Zimbabwean, Black and White, Shona, Tonga, Ndebele, Venda or Khalanga a free place under the sun to call home. DUSOSA will work hard to make every Zimbabwean feel proud to be home. DUSOSA will use its civilised jails as a corrective tool to remove tribal hate from a Nation that is rotting from its own dung. Anyone calling the other, Bobojani, Khalanga lothuvi, Dzviti, Swina, Colonialist or any derogatory term which undermines the confidence of a fellow citizen will be corrected for a long time in jail. New jails will be built if need be because DUSOSA believes we cannot run a diverse and robust economy with a Nation that feels inferior. While civilised economies invest in creating National confidence, our Nation has been led by people who display the very opposite and arrogance that makes the Nation fail to believe in itself.
Zimbabweans who leave the country for civilised countries discover themselves for the first time even when they are over 55 years old. They begin to feel important and after a few years in civilised countries they end up highly productive in the economy of those countries. Just confidence, respect, security, freedom of expression is enough to make Zimbabweans discover their potential within Zimbabwe and exploit our natural resources to drive the country into stiff competition with the rest of the World.
DUSOSA knows that not all Zezurus are guilty of destructive tribalism menu, but do wish to be understood that the spade has to be called by name so that no one is left guessing. There are so many Zezurus who can't feed their children. Some of them are struggling in diaspora and DUSOSA needs their understanding of why their name has been soiled.
DUSOSA believes that MDC was a great Zimbabwean Party by all Zimbabweans up until2005 when they split on tribal lines. DUSOSA hates tribalism and racism and will never give an ear to any divisive Party. DUSOSA knows that Zanu was believed by many innocent and unsuspecting Zimbabweans when they tribally broke from Zapu in 1963, and with that experience and the lessons learnt from there that a tribalist does not know where to draw a line. DUSOSA knows that if allowed, MDC will be worse than Zanu by 2021.
Africans have a proverb that suggests that if you harbour your murderous son, you risk getting killed by the same son yourself. This could best be said by Edgar Tekere who was in the driving seat denouncing the Ndebele led Zapu in 1963 but died sorrily spat out by Zanu in 2011. Enos Nkala is also living proof because, as Nguni himself, he did not like Nkomo , a Khalanga man that he regarded as I"Hole", to lead the country. He did everything to hurt Nkomo including ganging with the Shona to form Zanu in his house. But today, 2011, the Zezuru have shown Nkala that tribalism does not have tools to cleanse a Nguni into a Zezuru.
DUSOSA believes that MDC has failed on the onset because if they can't fight tribalism as an opposition, how much more when they become a government? Lessons from Zanu and Nkala and Tekere teach us that Lovemore Moyo, Thokozani Khuphe, Siphepha Nkomo and the rest of Ndebeles in that group will be disposed like used toilet paper once the chance of a tribal Party to loot comes.

Men and women who talk and listen, men and women who are not driven by temper and retributive motives.
DUSOSA is in a hunt for professionals who have what it takes to make Zimbabwe a rich, unique, peaceful home of all. Those Zimbabweans who understand that our country is already rich but we lack a highly credible administration.
Those with Presidential interest need to send their C.Vs with true names since this is a sensitive endeavour. They need to say which languages they are fluent in and it is highly logical for a Party like DUSOSA to have its first President who can speak Shona and Ndebele. This does not mean that a Tonga cannot apply, what it means is that one has to speak two languages one from Mashonaland and another form Matabeleland. To make it simple, our first president must speak one of these languages from Matabeleland (Ndebele, Tonga, Venda, Nyanja, Khalanga, Sotho, Xhosa) then one of the languages from Mashonaland, (Shona, Karanga, Zezuru, Ndau, Shangani, Manyika, Korekore, ). English is essential and this is because we want to heal our country that has been for so long devilled by tribal hate.
The Presidential candidate has to have a passport and has to be above 40 years of age. Male or female best if married.
Membership is free and the Party will decide on most of public ideas on our first congress. This Party wishes to be friendly and free from Shefu mentality.
Take the challenge and be the one in the best books of future history to have changed Zimbabwe from Stone Age Tribalism to a highly prosperous and respected diverse Nation. Everything has a starting point and be the one to start change our Nation will be proud of.
