Freely give as you have freely received

10 Mar 2017 at 14:23hrs | Views
Matthew  10:8  Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give._

Jesus called us to a laborious service where he first laboured (denying His own life and died the death of the Cross) for us. His death healed us (by His stripes we're healed), cleansed us from our sins (so that we may reach out to others) and most importantly set free all those bonded by the devils (spirit of poverty).

God in His riches wants us to share what He has blessed us with, with those who are lesser blessed.
Jesus gave His life so that we deny self for the sake of others.
We have never bought life or our energy so why spare it rather than using it to reach out to others.
Let the Spirit which was in Christ be in you, to love others and feed His flock in due season.
