Are naturalised Britons eligible to run for public office in Zimbabwe

Former ZBC Radio Two and current SW Radio Africa presenter Ezra Sibanda's decision to run for political office for MDC-T has expectedly raised lively discussion both for and against.
As a native Zimbabwean, Ezra has the right to run for political office for whichever party he wishes. His decision to participate can be viewed within the context of providing Zimbabweans in the Diaspora a role to play in the future of the country.
Much has been said about the role of the Diasporans in Zimbabwe. It is not only in the economic arena, but political and all other areas of life, including politics.
