Money, Hospitals and the People under a CoolCoup Zimbabwean Regime

At this time last month, under the Dictatorship of former President Mugabe and his Crooked Finance Minister Chombo, at least I could sit on my computer and transfer my hard-earned cash to a needy relative in Zimbabwe from my Bank. Today, I am proudly boasting with a new President assumedly one who has the people at heart. Yesterday I got a call from a close relative in Chiredzi whose four-year-old son has been diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's Lympoma. This is a type of a cancer and the little boy has a badly swollen neck needing urgent attention at Parerenyatwa.
As my new President still can't believe how lucky he is, he is being introduced to all the free services he is entitled to, I am sure his poisoning bill has been paid by the State in South Africa. All his money problems of last month are over. And yet we, the recipients of a new Service from a new President, are getting new challenges instead of envisaged solutions.
This morning, I immediately jumped on my computer to transfer money from my Zimbabwean Bank Account trying to help a relative at this urgent hour of need. I was shocked to find out that, for the first time, I couldn't make that transfer. The Bank says I must not EXCEED my DAILY LIMIT of ZERO dollars. It clearly shows how much money there is, but I am NOT allowed to transfer my own money to pay for an urgent cancer treatment at Parerenyatwa.
This is the time that President CoupSolution is edging people to bring back externalised money into the Banks. That money will suddenly turn into Zero Daily Limit of Transfer. In the first place, what made people externalise their money is because NO ONE TRUSTS MONETORY SYSTEMS UNDER A ZANU GOVERNMENT. The Finance Ministry would have worked better under Biti. Investors would trust Biti better than people with a written philosophy that the Zanu Government CAN seize your property. They can turn your life servings into a clean ZERO as they did in 2008. Not even the Government themselves trust custodianship of funds under themselves. Chinamasa's own left hand does not trust the conspiratous dealings of his right hand. Not only is Chinamasa, Chombo still wants to come and fetch more cheap waters. Gono wouldn't hesitate either. One common thing about them is that they are Zanu. They have no conventional monitory ethics. Many Zanu Ministers Bank in Zuma's South African Banks where a Black Government operates better than a Zimbabwean Black Zanu Government.
Anyone who says we must be patient and wait for this slow and old President to start acting, is himself slow and old and is being paid new wages by the new but old and slow President.
In the case of a cancer emergency, should I wait for the President to take time to fix my money problem which was not a problem just last month under thieving Chombo? Did it really show any proactivity and innovation, on the part of the Government, by putting Chinamasa as Finance Minister. Is it not a known gerontological fact that old people are slow in doing things? How can Chinamasa beat gerontological erosion? How can he make Zimbabwe move fast when he cant even breathe fast himself? When is slowness going to end? Slow bank queues, slow problem detection, slow solutions, slow thinking, slow to understand problems, slow to communicate, slow to ask, slow to plot solutions while the rest of the World is moving fast.
Is it not a fact that Mnangagwa himself is too old to learn new ways of doing modern business? Is Mnangagwa not as slow as the Mugabe of 1997? Was it not in 1997 when Mugabe's brain begun to die and he begun to print money for War Vets? Can we trust that Mnangagwa will do better at 75 years of age while Mugabe begun to fail at 75?
Those who have not experienced the pinch yet, I say to you wait a few days. Not weeks, It's only days away. Anyone complaining about money is a barking inconvenience who is not patriotic enough to celebrate the "new agile" President. "Vanongo Vukura vachivukura , VaPresident vachingotonga"
The little boy is a desperate this evening at Parerenyatwa, testing the smooth flowing of the New Era. But, unfortunately, his much needed money is sanctioned by the Cool-Coup Regime. Across the road from his hospital bed, President Mnangagwa is still learning how to prepare his body for an hourly state-paid body massaging.
