Zimbabwe, DUSOSA the perfect 2014 solution.

Having identified the almost perpetual failure of our country to fully exploit its potential, DUSOSA has committed itself to employing unique robust solutions.
Zimbabwe is a rich country with highly fertile agricultural soil, dynamic mineral resources, brilliant Citizens and all we lack is a sane leadership that would make us respected among Nations of the World.
DUSOSA (Diversified Unitary State of Southern Africa) is a political Solution that was formed by diverse Zimbabweans in September 2011.
This was formed not to oppose any existing political party until the outcome of the next coming general elections. It was agreed that if the outcome brings more of the same solutionless results for the people of Zimbabwe, then DUSOSA will talk sense to the people of Zimbabwe and with all the sane people speaking with one voice, Zimbabwe will have a new generational political force by 2015.
Perfection cannot be the work of one person, or one greedy party, DUSOSA has found out. Perfection is a concoction of best ideas by different players who work under certain principles whose only objectives is to make Zimbabwe use her potential fully to prosper Zimbabweans.
DUSOSA have learnt that Zimbabwe was in resonance with World Economic Dynamics in AD 11 000. The red Indians in America, the Aborigines in Australia, and the Caucasians in Europe were experimenting on minerals to advance the standard of life. Zimbabwe was already trading with China and Portugal as long back as the 15th century. Zimbabwean standard of life was not lower than that in California at that time.
Nations of the World learnt from each other how to make things, and every Nation contributed its skill Zimbabwe included. The Caucasian learnt the Chinese art of fire-works and converted it to ammunition which they later used to conquer the World. Information and technology was shared across continents and those who accepted new ideas emerged better.
Zimbabwe was one of the lucky African countries to get World Class life-style imported by the evil intended Colonialism early by 1910. Wonderful Cities, wonderful roads wonderful power sources and governmental systems. South Africans heard a Television set from Zimbabwe before it could get to South Africa. The only thing that was missing was equality between the Nation and those who believed that being armed means being a god. This is the perpetual primitivity that DUSOSA has identified and a culture that will be forgotten about by year 2020.
DUSOSA will disband once the elections bring about a Government that is HIGHLY ACCOUNTABLE!!! A Government made up of Servants of the Nation and not Bosses of the Nation. A Government whose prison doors are open for 24 hours waiting to admit corrupt civil servants including the President of the country.
If elections do not produce such, DUSOSA will sign a contract with the tired people of Zimbabwe and clean our country for ever in six months. All wealth, internal or external, that was acquired though National Looting means from 1894 to 2014 will be forfeited by the state and re-distributed equitably to those poorest Zimbabweans who will prove that they can grow the economy once given the opportunity.
DUSOSA has learnt from other Nations that Jails, if properly used can make a Nation prosperous. Jails will be the first investment DUSOSA will start from.
Jail will not be used to punish political opponents but to advance civilisation. DUSOSA believes that jails create a civilised culture in any brilliant Nation. The first most likely high number of DUSOSA jail candidates will be those Zimbabweans who promote TRIBALISM.
The first step to bring sanity and prosperity in our diverse country will be to have a zero tolerance tribal hate culture within the borders of Zimbabwe. DUSOSA found out that Tribalism, Racism and Nepotism have contributed to 95% of all problems Zimbabwe has experienced since 1894. It is better to have only 9Million Zimbabweans who love and work in harmony with fellow countrymen and jail 4million tribalists than to let the rotten culture spiral and spoil the whole Nation.
Dusosa will make sure that every company employs an equal percentage of our tribaly diverse Nation. This means that every company willing to do business in Zimbabwe will need to prove that they employ an agreed percentage of Venda, Manyika, Tonga, Ndau, Korekore, Ndebele, Nambya, Zezuru, Fengu, Karanga, Sotho, Shangani, Kalanga, Whites, Asians, and those foreigners who choose to live in our country.
Jail will be open 24 hours waiting for companies who will mess with our requirements. Every province will have a budget set and managed by the Government to address a particular problem according to prioritised deficiencies. The business of concentrating on one Province at the expense of others will be over.
Zimbabwe will encourage International mining Companies who want to do business with us to bring their own machinery to make finished products in Zimbabwe. No raw Zimbabwean minerals will be exported to create jobs for other Nations while our own are made crumb beneficiaries.
DUSOSA has agreed that it will certainly disband if elections produce a sane leadership by 2013. DUSOSA will be a name of every house-hold on Planet Earth if Zimbabwe gets a daring armed lameduck regime which talks too much and drags our country backwards as we have seen in the past. All we need are men and women who believe they can do more action and less talking when the time comes.
