It is ILLEGAL for any mobile network to provide user data to third parties without the users' express authorization.
1. Govt must investigate where Zanu PF got voter cell numbers.
2. It is illegal for any political party to acquire voter cell numbers.
3. Only POTRAZ, ZEC and the networks have that data.
4. The networks denied involvement, leaving ZEC and POTRAZ.
5. Zanu PF is cheating again
