Zim ministers award themselves $200 000 each through a secret resolution

Not long ago, the people of Zimbabwe, you are aware that Minister of Finance Tendai Biti announced to the world Zimbabwe 's balance sheet of $217.
In this irony, including the perennial fight for a living wage by the civil servants, cabinet ministers recently awarded themselves a lump some of $200 000 each through a secret cabinet resolution they passed four weeks ago.
The money was disbursed into individual ministers' accounts last week.
President Mugabe approved the motion that was done by the Minister of Water Resources Sipepa Nkomo that the disbursement has to be secret in fear of public backlash. And the resolution was prosecuted privately.
I mentioned it in large volume during my interview with ZBC which delayed it's broadcasting which was belatedly done yesterday after savaging the script. This is TRUE, the people of Zimbabwe and I challenge the authorities to arrest me if it's a lie.
I will fight this acrimonious greedy because it is the first of its kind when people can not afford a decent meal a day. The fight against this theft of our public funds has began.
It is our moral obligation to stop the hemorrhaging of our national resources. Even Members of Parliament don't know it that the Executive has given itself such obnoxious six figures amount. We need an explanation why?
Some of you have let the cat out of the bag. Some of us knew it since you started debating it.
