Milton boys loitering around Centenary Park during school hours - WhatsApp photos

8:35am, 12 Mar - +263 ** *** ****: Dear Parents. Please there is a group of pupils from Milton High School which is always loitering in the Centenary Park from as early as 8am. These boys are bunking school and are up to mischief. The ring leader w earings is leading yr beloved kids astray. Considering their ages they must be in F1 to F4. There is one small boy w a plaster on his hand. Surprisingly they are alwaz in uniform. Thanx concerned citizen.
