Grace Mugabe correct on VP candidates

The Zimbabwean First Lady, Dr. Grace Mugabe, has expressed concern on the number of aspirants for the Vice President post that fell vacant following the death of John Landa Nkomo, last year.
In her address to about 7000 party supporters at Phelandaba Stadium in Gwanda Matebeleland South Province, the First Lady said it was embarrassing that five candidates from former ZAPU, have gone to the media, to express their candidature. She encouraged them to be ashamed and stop it.
But who are these people and what are their characters?
Simon Khaya Moyo, is the National Chairman of ZANU PF. If he was at the level of Joseph Msika or John Nkomo, he would have sailed through to the post of Vice President. But because he is regarded as too junior in the former ZAPU party structure, and in the revolution, some feel, it is not his fault to be in the position of National Chairman. However if more senior persons have surfaced, it will be fair if Khaya Moyo, could be allowed to return the post of National Chairman, and let the party look for a Vice President. But this will however depend on Khaya Moyo's understanding and ability to read a situation.
Other candidates; Kembo Mohadi; Naison Khutshwekhaya Ndlovu; and Ambrose Mutinhiri, these are a real embarrassment. They want the post of VP for the fun of it. They are joining the race, as an after thought, after they all attended the Gweru meeting where they endorsed Khaya Moyo for the post of Vice President. For them to turn around and eat their vomit, that automatically disqualifies them as not being serious minded persons, opportunists and power hungry.
Therefore, the Vice President contest according to the news from Zimbabwe should be between Khaya Moyo, the National Chairman and Report Phelekezela Mphoko.
If these two had also a very high understanding, espesially Khaya Moyo, they could have agreed between themselves, that Moyo returns the Chairmanship, Mphoko becomes Vice President, simple because the issue of seniority in the party has been raised, and Khaya Moyo, is reported not to have been in the party structures of ZAPU.
The other three should be regarded as opportunists and not to be trusted as vomit eaters.
