How to remove Mugabe in 24 Hrs

The power of human beings lies in the ability to organise themselves against adversity. Power to organise is THE STRENGTH which made humans conquer the harsh forests of Africa 6 000 years ago and develop the dexterity to improve from adverse to success. While River Nile was flowing with life bearing waters, forests bearing virgin fruits, meat, honey and milk, ancient Africans were threatened by dangerous animals.
The Intelligence Quality (IQ) of Africans 6 000 years ago taught us to sleep together in campfires to protect our children and elders from lions, hyenas, cheeters and snakes. There were more dangerous animals than human beings in the dark forests of Africa those days. It was the survival of the fittest. Fit does not mean muscular strength only, it also means mental fitness which is why lions are kept in Zoo's today although they are more muscular than the hands of Mrs Obama.
When human beings had completed conquering wild animals, a new problem begun and it was human domination against another. The human to human struggle is also to do with the survival of the fittest. In the ancient days, human fitness was determined by his ability to train and maintain a group of strong warriors. The group with the strongest warriors would eat the best of the cream of the land while the weaker provided the cream.
Human beings evolve! The fittest in the evolved human being is one who is able to organise. Military strength can be weakened by a powerful and fact-full team of organisers which is why empires do not last for ever. Empires last for as long as they are believed and can produce exponential growth. This is why China, with its lack of Western model of Democracy, is experiencing growth all the time. It is hard to convince Chinese people to rebel against their Government and introduce Western Democracy while China and the general population of China are enjoying the tangible fruits of their country.
In Zimbabwe, we have had many centuries of disorganisation from the 15th Century. The only time organisation ever entered our shows after the Monomotapa Emprire was when Mzilikazi brought organization from Shaka's influence.
Organisation is strength and NOTHING CAN BEAT ORGANIZATION.
Mzilikazi left KwaZulu in 1819 with only 600 ORGANISED men. By 1830, Mzilikazi was a ruler of Zimbabwe.
In 1888, Cecil John Rhodes sent a team to study the STRENGTH, UNITY AND ORGANISATION of what was called Lobengula's Country. The team found a country with a King, Chiefs and subjects who loved their King but there was tribal room to weaken the ORGANISED ENTITY.
Rhodes, with his education and ability to organise even better than the King Lobengula, exploited the weakness of tribal cracks within the King's dominion and used that tiny crack to propagate a split which he would be the ruler.
Organisation is everything!!!!
Rhodes's descendants enjoyed a century of dominating an unorganised mass of Africans and turned them into slaves in their own country. Even today, the World says Rhodesia was a Bread Basket of Africa but I was born in Rhodesia, poor to the extreme in that Bread Basket which was designed to satisfy the happiness of a White Rhodesian.
It is a Perpetual Taboo to be unorganised!!!!
In 1956, ANC in Rhodesia organised oppressed railway workers and introduced Black Political Consciousness which became a fire never to be extinguished. Zapu, led by Joshua Nkomo, took Robert Mugabe as Secretary General and the man had just come from a foreign training in Ghana where he learnt to use (1) Procrastination, (2) Pretence, (3) Tribe as a tool to emancipate himself for self purposes which is not National Purpose. From that day, the ORGANISED OBJECTIVE OF THE PEOPLE OF ZIMBABWE AGAINST ADVERSITY OF OPPRESSION WAS POISONED.
Mugabe had the EDUCATION which would allow him to ORGANISE even better, but for self enrichment and NOT NATIONAL OBJECTIVES. Mugabe had seen how Nkhwame Nkruma rose and fell. He employed the same intuition into Zapu and worked on a split to form Zanu just as it was in Ghana 1959.
It was difficult for someone in 1980 to say a single sentence to ORGANISE AND EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT THE DANGERS OF MUGABE. Mugabe used death as a tool to silence discerning voices and the people believed him. Like the Rhodesians, Mugabe divided Zimbabweans and told others that they were more nearer to him than others in a divide and rule. Mugabe's type of organization only needed TIME to allow it to die a natural death for it is in TIME that people can be able to judge genuinety from fiction.
Over all these years, Zimbabweans have now all proven that Mugabe was not the right man from the beginning. No one today in Zimbabwe does not see that if Mugabe had love for Zimbabwe, he would have allowed a new Presidential player in 1990. If Joyce Mujuru can agree with me, Rugare Gumbo, Emmerson Mnangagwa (Though still insidiously in denial ), Dydimus Mutasa, who else would deny it?
If the people of Zimbabwe would go back to the true human ancient dexterity and ORGANISE AGAINST THIS ADVERSITY WHICH HAS BEEN ALLOWED FOR TOO LONG, Zimbabwe would be free in 24Hrs.
This is the Menu. Everybody in any part of Zimbabwe must head to Harare and occupy Mugabe's House. Occupy Parliament, his Presidential residence and occupy all Airports. Youth must take control of all Police cars and the underpaid Arm give up Army vehicles. The Army must refuse to shoot Zimbabweans and Police refuse to victimise Zimbabweans.
To the Police and the Army, "I want you to remember that Robert Mugabe was not there when Zimbabweans formed the ANC in 1956" This outsider hijacked the peoples dream to enrich himself with our money our wives (Corrupted Mrs Gorereza), our children in the Army and our brothers in the Police. The Army and the Police must be patriotic and carry the flag of Zimbabwe and help Zimbabweans to achieve democracy.
All Zimbabwean Political Parties MUST CEASE TO EXIST TOGETHER WITH THE POLICE AND ARMY. If they cease to exist, and the army and police refuse to harm Zimbabweans, Zimbabwe will be ONE BIG COUNTRY.
When Mugabe has been arrested and confined in a three bedroom house in Mambo, Gweru with his family, a team of 26 Presidential Search Team gets commissioned to run the interim Government. The Presidential Search Team must comprise of a man and a woman of Tonga origin, men and woman of Ndau origin, men and woman of Ndebele origin, men and woman of Karanga Origin, men and woman of Manyika origin, men and woman of Kalanga origin, men and woman of Nambya origin, men and woman of European origin, men and woman of Zezuru origin, men and woman of Venda origin, men and woman of Suthu origin, men and woman of Nyanja origin, men and woman of Shangani origin.
26 Members of the Presidential search team must be appointed by members of the community where they were born and must each posses a University Degree. They must be people who have never taken senior positions in any existing party in Zimbabwe. They must be vetted for their record in opposing corruption, their record for doing something to help the community, their record for being peace makers. Their mandate should be to strengthen the equal representation of the communities from where they were born and re-introduce the culture of accountability in Zimbabwe.
The Presidential Search Team must make weekly progress update to the Nation laying out resolutions of how an elected President should be brought into account and how to neutralise his influence on Zimbabwean armed forces and judiciary? The Presidential Search Team must put in place tools to root out any form of corruption and re-employ all civil servants making sure that all tribal groups of Zimbabwe have equitable representation in every office, every job and every place of influence in our shared beautiful country.
If communities of an area where their Presidential Search Team member does not perform to the general expectation of that community, a replacement must be sought by that community.
The Presidential Search Team's mandate should be to re-culture Zimbabwe from where it has been driven by Mugabe since 1961. The Presidential Search Team must, at the end of their mandate, provide concise evidence that all Zimbabweans feel equal on top of the Zimbabwean soil. The Presidential Search Team must protect Zimbabwe from outside opportunism where more organised countries may see a window through which to loot and re-enslave us as the Chinese are now doing after the British.
Mugabe must be stripped of everything, every assert including the asserts of his relatives who got rich out of looting Zimbabwe.
MDC, ZANU, ZAPU and everything in the briefcase called Political Party must cease to exist for 30 years. This is because their methodology has failed the people of Zimbabwe and caused divisions instead of unity. The Presidential Search Team must exist for four years, after which a President must be elected from the smallest of the 13 groups. This means that if the Nambya were the smallest of the thirteen, people from that area will hold an election to chose a President from their area who should be a blessing to Zimbabwe for two years. Non of the Presidential Search Team qualifies to run for President. This also means that the President from the Nambya Community will run Zimbabwe from 2021 to 2023. After the expiry of his term, the next group of the thirteen with the next smaller population, in ascending order, will elect their next to run Zimbabwe from 2023 to 2025.
The President must hold the powers to change chief of Military and Police if they fail to comply with his demands. Our Military and Police should not be used by the President ever again to oppress the will of Zimbabweans.
After 30 years of the running of this system, Zimbabwe should revert back to the model of democracy which is ubiquitous all around the World. The thirty years must be a healing therapy which should end with every Zimbabwean having forgotten why human beings must be divided and impoverished by one selfish man.
I have given the Menu, and the youth of Zimbabwe must start to implement it now.
It takes fourteen days to organise, 24Hrs to implement. All that is needed is ORGANISED ACTION WHERE MDC, ZANU, SHONA or TONGA should never be mentioned. It is a vital National Resolution.
