Open Letter to Guduza Churchill, President of MLF

Dear Comrade,

I hope I find you well dear comrade. How I wish you could remove the name Churchill from the birth certificate and remain with Mpiyesizwe Guduza. Proper revolution will take place after emancipating the mind from colonial vestiges and mental slavery.

I have just finished reading your article on Bulawayo24 "A call for the condemnation of the violation of the human rights of prisoners by Zimbabwe government". I am giving you a quick reply because I wonder if you are the right person to condemn Zanu cruelty to its citizens. How many articles has your Secretary for Information: Israel Dube written threatening those who are perceived traitors by your organisation MLF? There are numerous of them, I hasten to say I have collected all articles written by Israel where he threated Zimbabwean citizens, specifically those from Matabeleland with chilling consequences.

Israel Dube has never minced his words in black and white, what will happen to us who defy the Mthwakazi agenda openly. Your organisation has sent chilling warnings that we will be necklaced Winnie Mandela style: This is how you demonstrated your callous threats to the innocent civilians in Matabeleland: We shall be caught, our hands and feet will be tied by the rope, a tyre will be set on our necks, will be doused with paraffin, and set alight to burn. The villagers will be frogmarched to come and witness the brutal events as warning to those who dared to contradict your twisted Mthwakazi cause.

I wonder still if we started comparing the cruelty of MLF threats and that what the MRP had to endure in Zanu prisons, who comes out as the worst devil of the two: Zanu PF or MLF? I wish to let you know that we take your threats profoundly serious and for this reason, we have documented all articles that have been written by Israel exposing your Mthwakazi MLF organisation, how fascist you can go with the people in the region you purport to liberate. We leave nothing to chance, we shall not have a situation repeating itself: we have examples in South Sudan,  DRC and Mozambique is deep into civil war: women and children are deeply affected by these civil wars powered by greed and personal egos.

What is taking place in the neighbouring Mozambique is telling us that your threats are real and for this we need to warn the very organisations you have mentioned about what is to be expected in Matabeleland should you manage to get independence from Zimbabwe. The fact that you threaten the people of Matabeleland is your desperation with fascist outfit: there are no takers to your cause in the region and hence you are deeply frustrated: you want this independence by force, against the will of the people. There is no revolution that uses force and coercion as the means to get power and oppress the people of this region once more.

We shall write these organisations below and warn them about your intentions fully evident in your articles we have collected, many of them giving the same message of loss of respect and disregard for human life:

 - International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR),
 - United Nations Declaration on Human Rights (UNDHR)
 - Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR),
 - European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR),
 - Convention against Torture, Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT),
 - International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights ((ICESCR),
 - Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC),
 - African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights (ACHPR)
 -  Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa ((ACRWC),
 - African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACRWC), and
 - Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).

Given power you will be worse than Zanu PF. Your agenda to split this nation into two is not what the citizens of this nation want. Cessation is driven by a few we call it a "Boys' Club". We shall not have a situation whereby you provoke war and when it happens you shall be the first to run for cover in neighbouring South Africa. What is happening in Mozambique can spill out to Zimbabwe easily: such insurgencies are contagious in the region. We shall not have it:  therefore, will fight with all our power, your plans to cessed from Zimbabwe will not happen.
