I wonder why the Ministry of Higher&Tertiary just relocated Mr Joice Mbudzi(The Kwekwe Polytechnic Principal) from Head Office to Kwekwe Polytechnic for maladministration and left him like that without investigating him further. He is the father of corruption and a vindicative leader. On 20March 2014, the Finance Board chaired by the Vice Principal raised questions in his absentia on who are the suppliers of the college. This came into light after discovering that the man has a different companies trading in different names and registered under his wife and his son and were the ones winning tenders to supply the college with hardwares and foodstuffs. He takes lecturers and students to work and make repairs in his farm without paying him. After the Finance Board quarried him, he burst in anger when he was given a feedback and he called the College Finance Board to sit again on 21 March from 0900hrs to 1200hrs, threatening them with unspecified action. Minuets were later re-written to suit him. He latter on went removed 7 lecturers who are coaches of different sporting disciplines from a travelling team to Masvingo for ZITISU games because he feels they oppose  him in meetings. He has blackmailed any lecturer who shares different views with him as an enemy of the government. He refuses lecturers who want to further their education a chance to do so as long as you are not his allay and goes further fund his personal secretary a Miss Nyembezi for stuf

7:26am, 22 Mar - ‪+263 7* *** ****‬: For staff development with funds meant to develop lecturers. He has promoted Juniors who don't qualify to key positions and has tried to remove the substantive VP for her preferred home girl who comes from Masvingo and call each other zvavaHera.

7:45am, 22 Mar - ‪+263 7* *** ****‬: There are now more lecturers from Masvingo, and Mutare occupying key positions and more students from Masvingo, Kadoma,Harare&Mutare. Lecturers now live in fear of victimisation because he is close to Dr Washington Mbizo(Perm Sec of Higher&Tertiary Education)And Happyton Bonyongwe(The CIO boss). He normally play Zanu PF jingles in staff meetings to instill fear on staff members. He has made HEXCO his private company and pay themselves hefty salaries. Here is the breakdown: Marking lecturers:$ 2/script Nc, 3/Script ND. $4/Script for HND and normaly class will be 30 for NC and ND meaning its between $60-$120 per lecturer. But LIC gets $600 flat fee&$80/sitting session and end up getting $1000. HOD gets $1000 flat fee&$80/ sitting session meaning they end up getting $1400.Head of division gets $1500 flat and $80/sitting session meaning he gets $1900.VP gets $2000 flat and gets $2400 in total. He gets $2600 flat and $3000 in total per marking exam session when lecturers who do the marking and verification gets $160 and it takes 5days to get your marking fee because people who pay will be slow and threatening lecturers in the process because they get the Principal's protection. HEXCO pays $15/meal meaning its $15/day but the principal takes all this money and orders the college to prepare food for markers and the food given are left overs by students and worthy a dollar per meal, meaning he makes a killing from that and he shares with the accountant and the lecturer in Charge of the kitchen. Please help us to expose this father of corruption and hide my numbers
