11:52am, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: Good day good citizens
11:59am, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: Good day good citizens. Our beloved city is dirty and its appalling to note that no one seems to care. We have our by laws and EMA which are supposed to monitor and deter the continous and errant littering of our city of kings but it seems they are all of no effect like many other things which we will not delve into. I believe turning our city into its heydays is every citizen s responsibility and we need to all stand up and clean up the city. I will make a couple of proposals hoping to get support from you all who might share my concern.
12:00pm, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: 1 i propose stiffer penalties for littering like 20 dollars.
12:01pm, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: 2 posters in the city are a nuisance and so penalise the advertisers heavily 50 dollaz since they are in business.
12:05pm, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: 3 for advertising purposes the council needs to erect more notice boards arnd the city to cater for all those who want to sell their products or beta still if we can setup some media or should i say platform for inner city adverts which will reach out to everyone like the various posters on all sign posts and rubbish bins do. Honestly these posters add up to the rot we are witnessing on the streets.
12:10pm, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: I am sure with these measures if enforced the relevant athority will also raise funds to employ and pay people specially to monitor and deter this rot and thereby maintaining the city s cleanliness as well as developing it by repainting carriage way markings, sign posts and pavements like the one on plumtree road which now is invisible to motorists and not forgetting the potholes.
12:11pm, 16 May - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: Please post my ideas and help start a campaign to live in a clean city
