It starts with the Zanu PF MPs tht du not even possess a grade 7 certificates eg Chinos. They must go bac tu grade 7 as well. Children fail not bcoz of teachers only bt I think this govt hv over stayed coz it is clueless tu change education has changed tramendiously since the days of Fey chungu. The ruling party is full of madalas the majority can't even use a computer. There is also lack of funding from the gov tu schools. It is not the teachers who are failing kids bt the gov. Teachers ran away from BoB s regime there are many maths and sci teachers working in  neighbouring countries an producing results. Bob must resign has failed the nation we can't continue with a failure rate 80% its noncense. In other countries presidents step down whn failing tu deliever in education. Resign! Parliament is full of deadwood. By the way who is the Minister of Education? Very unknown. Ochung Mtumbukazi were known coz they knew wht they doing.
