6:15am, 3 Aug - +263 77 ▩▩▩ ▩▩▩▩: 48 hrs without water in Pumula South and we wonder what the council is so mum about it. It is a gross violation of the residents rights. Water is a right and there should be proper communication if there are to be any disruptions of water supplies. (Thembelani Dube, Bulawayo Progressive Residents Association- Sec for Education)
