Sometimes you go there to certify your photocopies, they treat you njengelema uyazi. They say if you want to certify you must be there at exactly 2 o'clock, if you are 3min late they turn you away, and say you are late. I remember one day I had to exchange bad words with one of them who wanted to turn me away,saying I came at 14:05 instead of 14:00, yet there were people still in a que to certify.They should remember that they are employed to serve and respect the public.
