Editor, please help me put across my concern about Securico Security Services out to the world, perhaps it will reach the eyes of some officials at the Department of Home Affairs (South Africa), South African Embassy (Harare) and the Management of Securico Security Services.

South African Embassy officials at the Students Visa section instruct their clients with missing requirements for Permit Applications to, if they can, go and get those requirements and make sure they come back to the Embassy offices before 1400 hours.

However, for some unknown reason, SECURICO guards at the gate of the Embassy have appropriated to themselves the powers and prerogative of denying clients (carrying a lawful instructions from Embassy staff) access to the Embassy.

The level of arrogance they show towards SA Embassy clients makes one wonder if the management of this company has ever taken its guards through People Management or Customer Relations training.

Securico's bad customer/client relations and services are painting a bad image of the SA Embassy which, by all standards, is extremely helpful to clients and good at its Customer Services. Thank you.
