[03:11, 9/7/2016] +263 77 *** ****: Netone diesel generator polluting our homes in Harare...... Netone recently installed lots of Huawei cellphone boosters in and around Kuwadzana and Dzivaresekwa high density surburbs.
Most of these were mounted on existing tower light infrasture belonging to the city of Harare used for street lighting purposes.
The problem now is most of these new boosters are powered by diesel run generators which are being run 24/7 , 365days per year.
In other words the diesel engines are running non stop 24hrs a day in the process polluting our homes and the environment.
Now we suffering from headaches because of the exhausts from these engines some of which are situated less than one metre away from our houses and we also have to endure with the noise from the generators non stop day and night.
The funny thing is there is electricity on most of these pylons since the tower lights are working so we dont know why they are punishing us.
