FORMER Warriors coach Madinda Ndlovu is not returning to Botswana be-Mobile outfit Mochudi Centre Chiefs, a team that he won two back-to-back league titles with recently.
By early June media reports in Botswana claimed Mochudi had not renewed his contract which reportedly expires at the end of June.
KickOff.com revealed that Platinum Stars have been in contact with Madinda Ndlovu - one of the three famous Ndlovu brothers from Zimbabwe.
Ndlovu, who won the 2011-12 and 2012-13 league titles with Mochudi and was named the be-Mobile Coach of the year yesterday, confirmed a statement by Killer Pass that he would not be negotiating any new contract with Centre Chiefs until they pay him 100 000 Pula they owe him from the previous contract that expired on 30 June.
Killer Pass is a social network Facebook account that covers Botswana football.
The outspoken gaffer said he was not going to make any comments, but confirmed yesterday's Killer Pass statement which reads: "MADINDA BREAKS SILENCE: beMOBILE Premier League Coach of the year 2012/13 Season Mr Madinda Ndlovu's representatives say the coach has made it clear to Mochudi Centre Chiefs that he will not discuss any new contract with them until they pay all the money they owe him. It is reported that Magosi (Chiefs) has been dodging him. His contract has now expired and he can join whichever club he wants to."
Ndlovu, who said the club owed him 300 000 Pula from the previous contract, but has since owned up to 200 000 Pula.
The former Warriors and Highlanders tear-away winger has been tipped to take over former be-Mobile League champions Township Rollers when the 2013-14 starts next month.
