Tottenham Hotspur striker Roman Pavlyuchenko is keen to stay at White Hart Lane according to his agent Oleg Armetov, despite limited first-team opportunities.
Pavlyuchenko struggled for another season to establish himself as a first-choice striker under Harry Redknapp, leading some to believe that he was looking for a new challenge, but the Russian international's agent is adamant that he wants to stay in London.
Artemov told Sovetskiy Sport: "We haven't talked about Roman's future with Tottenham yet.
"The team is in South Africa at the moment and then we'll negotiate about his contract extension.
"We don't care about any other offers because Roman wants to stay in London, his heart belongs to Tottenham."
Pavlyuchenko competes with Jermain Defoe and Peter Crouch for a place in Tottenham's starting XI, while Rafael van der Vaart is often used as a forward.
Last season, Pavlyuchenko made 38 appearances for Spurs in all competitions, scoring 13 goals. In the Premier League, he netted nine times in 29 appearances. His overall record for Spurs after three seasons at White Hart Lane is 37 goals from 98 appearances.
The striker had been linked with a move to his former club Spartak Moscow, from whom he was signed by Tottenham for a reported £14 million in 2008.
