LUWI NDEBELE was herding his cows as he does every morning and suddenly he froze in horror when he saw in front of him a human foot!
"I've never seen anything as shocking as this. Who would leave something like that lying around?"
The foot was full of blood and was just starting to rot, but it didn't smell bad, said the stunned man.
Daily Sun reported that Luwi (47) called fellow herdsman Nkululeko Sibanda (42) to come and see.
Nkululeko said: "We don't know where this thing comes from and why it was dropped there."
The men from Austin View near Tembisa called residents and cops, who confirmed it was a human foot.
Warrant Officer Mofana Masela confirmed the discovery and said: "We were unable to open a case as we are of the opinion it is medical waste disposed of unlawfully. The matter has been forwarded to the health department."
