  • Heavily pregnant protestor was arrested in Harare

    Zimbabwe police on Wednesday told the Magistrate court in Harare that some of the arrested protesters are in their late 60s and one woman is heavily pregnant.



    Police say they have 70 witnesses who can testify the accused arrested protesters committed public violence during the Harare protests.

    A source familiar with the situation told Bulawayo24 that "A st Mary woman hits his son till he died over allegations that the son took 25cents bond without her consent last night, she is detained @ st Mary's police son (14 )in chitungwiza mortuary".
