A couple has been told to go separate ways as a result of their failure to coexist peacefully.

Evidence Mandaza has dragged Onismas Nyazenga before Chief Chinamhora's traditional court yesterday on allegations that her husband is unfairly chasing her out of their home which she also toiled to build. She further alluded that Nyazenga has been threatening to kill her together with their two minor children with a gun he uses at work.

"Aitaura kut arikunzwa ropa kunhuhwa arikunzwa kuda kundiuraya zvese nevana achishandisa pfuti yekubasa kwake", said Mandaza.

However, the husband defended himself saying that, Mandaza is disrespectful and he is being sex starved.

"Ndikauya kumba ndichibva kubasa anoramba kurara neni achiti akaneta .....anogara achindiudza kut masoja anohura manje neni ipota neko tisangane , ukahura neni ndinohurawo...."said Nyazenga.

Mandaza interjected saying Nyazenga has a weak erection that we have been trying to solve using guchu.

"Nhengo yake haimire inogona kungomira ka1 yotorara. Aitomboshandisa guchu kut zviite nani. Akazouudza shamwari dzake kut ndinoda three rounds iye haadzikwanise raini rose rikazara nenyaya yacho..."

Village head Chinyoka of Maponga village testified as a witness that, he caught Nyazenga ambushing nearby his homestead with a bag he suspect it had a gun as he was trying to catch his wife red-handed.

Headman Chinyoka further alluded that Nyazenga's intention was not good at all.

The chief then ruled that Mandaza should go back to her parents' home and Nyazenga to provide the needs of their two children.

The court sets the record straight that they do not promote divorce and separation.
