Petrol price drops to $1.48 USD

The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has announced new fuel prices as of today the 21st of December 2022.
The price of Petrol has since dropped from US $1.50 per litre to US $1.48 per litre. Therefore the private and public operators have been advised that the blending ratio for unleaded petrol is 5%.
Operators' prices may vary as some may sell at a price lower than the one prescribed depending on their trading advantages. Nevertheless they should all display their set prices in a prominent place as provided for by the fuel pricing regulations.
However, the price of diesel remains unchanged at USD $1.62 per litre.
As of today the new fuel prices in Zimbabwean dollars are as follows :
Diesel: ZWL$1094.04 per litre
Petrol: ZWL$1001.12,down from ZWL$1007.45 per litre
