Former legislator Job Sikhala has condemned MDC-Renewal treasurer-general Elton Mangoma for reportedly snatching the wife (20) of a member of the party's provincial executive.

Sikhala said it was ironic for Mangoma to fervent about other people's affairs yet he had many women in his life.

"Elton Steers Mangoma was a fervent and loud speaker about the affairs of other people. We knew how many women he had errands with,' wrote Sikala on his official facebook page.

"But for him to snatch a wife of a 24 year old boy who is trying to build his own home has gone beyond normalcy. Believe Terera is a young recent graduate from MSU. He was ZINASU Vice President and like any other university graduate could not find a job because of Robert Mugabe's destructive economic policies could find a job,".

Sijkala said even the unemployed deserve to have their families.

"In an attempt to be married he didn't know that Mangoma was waiting in the wings to snatch his 20 year old wife who is 4 years younger than Mangoma's last born child. Using his political and economic muscle he snatched the young Believe's wife and rented her a flat in Marlborough. Chitaurai ka VaMangoma maizviita mutsvene kudarika munhu wose muZimbabwe!!! Believe is crying and he is bitter!!!,".

Terera lifted the lid on Monday through a Whatsapp chat.

He wrote : "Mr Mangoma used to call my wife during odd hours. When I asked my wife about it, she said it was about the skills development training programme that the party was holding targeting women. When I asked Mangoma, he was evasive. Later he said he was not aware that she was my wife."

Tevera said Mr Mangoma no longer picks up his phone calls, but The Herald is in possession of some WhatsApp chats he sent to him.

One of the chats reads: "You did a good thing you took my wife away from me. It is a war comrade. Yemurai is my wife and I now have information yekuti ndimi murikumupa mari VaMangoma. Saka zvawatora mai vacho unoti mwana uyu anogara nani? I saw you as a father. I have lost all respect I had for you."
