Zimbabwe govt trembles at Matabeleland revolution

Paul Siwela - MLO President
"I remind the people that number 3 stands for oneness; it represents unity of purpose for Mthwakazi people. Our struggle is a holy struggle, our struggle is a just struggle, we have now reached the crossroads, we had hoped for mature leadership from Zimbabwe, we have invited them to engage us in a civilised fashion, however, it is now clear that they are panicking."
The above words, full of wisdom, are attributed to the MLO President Cde Paul Siwela. Totally seized by the spirit of Matabeleland struggle, he revealed the message and the power in number 3 while announcing the beginning of Matabeleland struggle.
It was in an interview. The venue was a dark cell at Khami Maximum Security Prison where Cde Paul Siwela was kept in solitary confinement. In a democracy such a place is where criminals and murderers are kept. But in a human rights dark hole like Zimbabwe it is common place to find those who speak the truth like Cde Paul Siwela languishing in the same prisons while genocidists like President Robert Mugabe and Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa walk free. In Zimbabwe prisons serve as other important tools of political persecution.
Cde Paul Siwela said the above words after 3 Matabeles were arrested on 3 March in 2011 when they were found in possession of T-shirts, calendars with Matabeleland map and flyers clearly advocating for the restoration of the statehood of Matabeleland. The three were Cde Paul Siwela, John Gazi and Charles Thomas.
Realising that their case would not stand in a normal court of law, the nervous Shona supremacist system added flavour to the case and escalated it to that of an attempt to overthrow President Robert Mugabe. The aim was to politically persecute, intimidate, abuse and silence Matabele activists and finally kill Matabeleland cause before it gained traction.
Time has proved that this was so gross a mistake and so costly an action by the government that claims to have monopoly to education and knowledge. Who said tyrants are not idiots?
Like any valid and justified cause, the more it is suppressed the more it gains popularity. Thanks to trumped up treason charges against Cde Paul Siwela and others, Matabeleland restoration cause rode on the shoulders of the very system that intended to squash it. It got a free ride into the local and international media outlets.
The revolutionary wheel is now turning at full speed in Matabeleland. No one put it into motion than the oppressor's own shacking feet.
Like the Rivonia Trial in apartheid South Africa, the Bulawayo Trial changed mind sets in Matabeleland and put the restoration cause on the world map. Cde Paul Siwela, John Gazi and Charles Thomas made history as they became the first Matabele activists to be arrested and tried for Matabeleland cause.
Today Matabeleland is a hive of political activity and a thorn in the flesh of the 5th Brigaders. The confused Shona supremacist system has its hands full, trying its best but failing to extinguish political fires that spring up in every corner of Matabeleland.
Unemployed youth are questioning the biased employment policy that discriminates against Matabeles.
Fired up parents both in rural and urban areas are standing up against the evil "Bantu Education" policy in Matabeleland schools. They have even gone further to unapologetically chase away foreign agents and facilitators of the evil Grand Plan of 1979 who are to blame for low pass rates in Matabeleland schools.
Stanley Raphael Khumalo from the royal house of Khumalo has announced the date of his coronation. The Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe and its Matabele Tokoloshes and puppets are already brandishing treason charges.
"That would be treason, he would be arrested there and then and he will be charged accordingly," said one loyal Tokoloshe and puppet of the Shona supremacist system, Obedingwa Mguni. He is the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs. You will remember that "deputy" positions are reserved for Matabeles in ZANU pf and the likes of Mguni are very happy with that.
"If he does that he will be arrested....he will face the full wrath of the law" Another Tokoloshe and the puppet of the Shona supremacist system, Abedinigo Ncube was quoted as saying. It seems the two Tokoloshes and puppets of the Shona supremacist system have all of a sudden become advocates for justice! When are they going to call for justice on behalf of more than 40 000 who were murdered in cold blood by the Shona supremacist government?
Did they not charge Cde Paul Siwela, John Gazi and Charles Thomas with treason? What happened?
The Shona supremacist system and genocidal government of Zimbabwe does not only suffer from short memories,it will never learn from its previous mistakes! Who said tyrants are smart?
Izenzo kungemazwi!
