Mugabe must help us stop Chihuri, he is stealing from us

Thievery in the Zimbabwe Republic Police is now at its highest level with the police boss (Chihuri) building multi-million dollar mansions with proceeds from forced contributions.
There are several projects which junior officers are being forced to fund and the projects are only benefiting the police boss. With the cash crisis in the country, the police boss is demanding payments in cash transactions.
Chihuri is among top government official to blame for causing cash crisis in this country. He is collecting a lot of money, more than $20 million a year in hard cash. Forced Kuyedza contribution, Raffle tickets, one off payment, recreation fund, church service contributions contribution are making our lives become harder. We are losing a lot of money.
The same Chihuri recently formed his church and he would be visiting Mashonaland East province this month. Every police officer in Mashonaland East province is being forced to pay $10 each as contributions for the church service.
If the President is sincere about addressing issues concerning civil servants' welfare, he should stop Chihuri from stealing from us. Failure to do so is a clear indication that he is working with him to steal from innocent citizens who are already wallowing in poverty.
ITS NOW TOO MUCH AND OUR PRESIDENT SHOULD INTERVENE.
Chihuri is the most corrupt police officer in the country. He is promoting corruption instead of stopping it.
President Mugabe must fire Chihuri because as long as he is at the helm of the police, corruption will never stop in Zimbabwe. He is tarnishing the image of the police through what he is doing. The public doesn't like him, and all his subordinates don't like him so I don't see the reason of keeping him in the police force?
The boss himself is the one promoting corruption as no police officer is willing to pay these forced contributions from his/her salary. Those at police stations and traffic stations just go to roadblocks and extort hard earned cash from motorists to pay the police boss.
It is disgusting that as a senior police officer, Chihuri has failed to adhere to the country's labour laws, which seek to protect the rights of workers by denying us our right to vacation leaves. Chihuri instructed his officer in charges and officer commanding districts not to approve vacation or occasional leave for any police officer who doesn't pay these forced contributions.
Recent High court application by a support unit constable is exactly what is transpiring on the ground though only brave ones are approaching the courts. Chihuri should stop preaching human right as he is a criminal masquerading as a police officer. Chihuri is a thief who deserves to be in jail than all those in jail now. Rapists, armed robbers and murderers are better to Chihuri.
It's like all senior government officials are afraid of Chihuri. For a long time, newspapers are exposing Chihuri and other police officers suing him for taking the law into his hands but no any government official or Zimbabwe Anti Corruption officials are ready to stop this thief stealing from poor junior officers who are already struggling to feed their families.
Our president Mugabe is risking his vote by keeping this thief in the police force, no police officer will vote for you Mr President!!!!!
Please, Mr President, ban these unlawful forced contributions. We want lawful salary deductions only at Salary Service Bureau (SSB). Each police officer is losing about $25 a month which means Chihuri is taking more than a million per month from his subordinates which are enough to buy vehicles for all police stations in Zimbabwe. WE ARE TIRED SIR. PLEASE, MR PRESIDENT, HELP US WE HAVE FAMILIES TO FEED RATHER THAN SPONSORING CHIHURI BUILD HIS MANSIONS.
