Uncle Sam is at war with everyone
10 May 2019 at 22:48hrs | Views
To those doubting Thomases it is now crystal clear that Uncle Sam is at 'war' with everyone and that almost every nation is targeted. Who in their wildest of dreams would have ever imagined Albion receiving threats of sanctions over Iran?
It has been said ad nauseam that its not about reforms, but all about resources.
You hear someone saying Trump promised us fifteen billion, my foot! Despite all the reforms undertaken by the new dispensation, to date there is no talk nor the slightest indication that the illegal sanctions imposed on our little nation will be lifted.
Those among us cheer-leading for more sanctions or their extension are likely on foreign payrolls bidding for the continuation of suffering of the most vulnerable.
Venezuela is under siege, China is gasping for air under trade tarrifs, Russia is under sanctions and so is Iran.
Uncle Sam is matching on trashing on every nation deemed not pliant enough. Libya is in tatters having been 'liberated' from the dictatorship of the Leader Brother Gaddafi. We must stop the bickering, forge unity of our people through dialogue and work hard to stamp out corruption.
This talk of heee moderator, arbitrator, third party will only expose our weakness in disunity. As Zimbabweans we are very capable of ironing out our differences and building our economy.
