Bosso's decision on Kaindu is 'illogical and laughable'

Highlanders coach Kelvin Kaindu has jetted off to UK once again to attend his Uefa level B coaching courses! The same guy spent a week in England two weeks ago when he left the country immediately after Bosso lost to DeMbare 1-0 at Barbourfields Stadium. He missed Highlanders/Motor Action draw game in Harare only to return 2 days after saying he missed his flight in Johannesburg.

Assistant coach Bekithemba Ndlovu was in charge of that game and he has to be, once more when Bosso face their rival in championship race, Harare City in Harare this coming Sunday!

While I commend anyone studying or training to better their qualification but in this case it's illogical and laughable that a head coach of a team, chasing 2 major domestic titles would desert his team to go and attend a coaching course elsewhere.

I don't have anything against Kaindu but at this crucial stage of the season, with 2 games to go, neck and neck with your rivals and in contention to bank Two Hundred Thousands Dollars in total price money, one expects everyone to be in one place all the time till the end of the season.

This is the time for a strong team building, promote spirit of togetherness within the team, tactful awareness and more time together as Bosso enters the final stretch to the promised land.

It's unheard of anywhere in the world that a manager or coach of a top team in a top league, fighting for championship and the richest domestic cup can just go and leave to attend a course which can be done anytime and also available every year! God for bid, is he really serious?

KK has a chance to prove to doubters that he is the best coach for Bosso and see his 2 year project with the club come to fruition by sticking with the team up to the end.

Winning a double with Highlanders can boost his CV better than attending Uefa level B course whatever you call it! A good manager is always judged on what he produces interms of players and winning trophies! Who should get credit when Bosso wins the league, Beke or him?

The 2 games will decide who wins the championship and its now for Bosso to lose, it's on top and in their hands!
